We do not refund for classes not taken as stated in our Student Enrolment Agreement. However, a credit may be issued in some circumstances, at the discretion of the company and the individual franchisee instructor. This credit is not transferable and must be used by the person who purchased the classes.
The discounted price for blocks of 10, 20, 30 or 40 classes assumes that you may miss the occasional class and will make up missed classes when possible within that same session/term. Please take care to only buy the number of classes you can attend. There is always the opportunity to buy extra classes if you need them, once you’ve used all the boxes on your class card. The only way to ensure that you never pay for a missed class is to pay the casual rate as you go.
